The Angling Trade E-Survey: Talking Trump… Is He Going to Be Good for Fly Fishing Business?

With only another week or so until the presidential inauguration, we have to ask… how do you think the Donald is going to influence your business?

I think he's going to be great… he's a businessman, and he understands the needs of businesses like mine. I'm planning on making more money, and paying less in taxes and expenses.
I think he's going to be good on the business side, and bad on the environment side. So as a fly-fishing business person, part of me is optimistic, and part is pessimistic.
I think he's going to be a total disaster, all around.
I'm cautiously optimistic… but I'll have to see things to believe them.
It doesn't matter. Congress is dysfunctional. The President is a figurehead. Nothing's going to change in a meaningful way.
