From the Fly Fish Journal:
While we have received plenty of informal accolades from readers and industry over the last several years, The Flyfish Journal was recently recognized with a prestigious award at the Western Publishers Association banquet in Los Angeles. Named the country’s Best Consumer Quarterly, The Flyfish Journal was awarded the “Maggie” by a panel of publishing industry peers and veterans. The new hardware now rests comfortably alongside the two Maggies parent company FFLLC has previously accrued (and our lucky surfer girl). “Winning a Maggie is an honor for any publisher; it says a great deal about our community of flyfishers, our crew and the advertisers we’ve been fortunate enough to work with,” FFLLC President Jeff Galbraith said.
Media will always be a dynamic industry, but The Flyfish Journal and FFLLC continues to prove with growing and global reader support that true content is king. “We look forward to continuing this level of quality content and production, both in our print and our digital products,” Galbraith said. “Our readers are really proving across all platforms that great content is truly valuable.”
Now is the time to subscribe to The Flyfish Journal—the award-winning voice of fly culture. See you on the water.
