National Fishing in Schools Program Adds Training Dates

The National Fishing in Schools Program would like to share some exciting opportunities with you.  Described below are several scheduled training dates you or your associates may be interested in attending.  They are offered for certification of both NFSP Level 1 Teachers and NFSP Level 2 Teacher Trainers.

And, as the 2012-2013 school year comes to a close, if you/your school or institution are not already participating in “Fishing in Schools”, we want to invite you to apply.  With a new grant cycle underway for the ensuing fiscal year, the Fishing Education Foundation and our partners welcome you/your school to apply for funding to get help you get started with the program.

Training/Certification – Where & When

  • Baltimore, Maryland . . . June 17, Benjamin Franklin High School, Level 1
  • Harrisonburg, Virginia. . . July 14, HPAI Conference registration required, James Madison University, Level 1
  • Shepardstown, West Virginia . . . July 30, National Conservation Training Center, Level 1 (restricted registration, please contact me directly.)
