At Simms, we understand the busy lifestyle of our pros and want to give you a better way to contact the Pro Desk. You can now text inquiries to a Pro Services Representative and communicate back and forth on the go. This feature provides a convenient way to communicate with the pro desk from the shop, office, river bank or boat.
Simply text your question or concern to the Pro Desk at 877.340.4843. If you access www.simmspros.com from your phone already, scroll to the bottom and click the “Text Us” link which will open a text message then you can just start typing.
Via the text function, we can send and receive photos, size charts, order confirmations and tracking info straight to your phone. As always, if you need to speak directly to a Pro Services Rep you can call the Pro Desk at 877.340.4843 M-F 8a – 5p Mountain Time or email us at [email protected].
