If you’ve been keeping your eyes on the legal proceedings going on between Umpqua, Idylwilde and Mirabel (the overseas fly factory involved)…There was a decision earlier this week in regards to that case.
Yesterday, Judge Marco A. Hernandez ruled in Umpqua alprazolam Feather Merchants’ and Mirabel’s (the fly factory) favor and denied the Motion for a Preliminary Injunction. Neither Umpqua nor Mirabel are restrained in any way from doing business or selling flies.
