Happy Holidays from Angling Trade!

A boat is parked in front of a building in the snow.

It’s been a good year for fly fishing in many regards. That’s not to say there weren’t challenges, but most of us have a lot to be thankful for.
That starts with the rivers, lakes and oceans, and the fish that swim in them. We have pretty cool “work spaces” to enjoy, even if we don’t always get out there as much as we want. Here’s hoping Mother Nature takes care of us—and we take care of her—in the year ahead.

And, of course, thanks to all of you readers. We appreciate your interest, your support, your ideas, and even letters to the editor (well… some of them). Most importantly, we thank you for being a part of a community that cares about the coolest sport… hobby… pastime… tradition… or whatever else you want to call fly fishing. We’re in it together, with good reason, and AT is grateful for that.
So, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays of all kinds, and nothing but safety, health, peace and prosperity in 2024.
Big things… good things… are going to happen in the New Year!
