From a Far Bank Press Release…

Far Bank Enterprises, leader in the fly-fishing industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of David Visnack to the role of General Manager for Redington. Visnack will also continue to provide senior marketing leadership for all Far Bank brands including Sage Manufacturing and RIO Products.

Prior to accepting this position, Visnack led the efforts to rebrand Redington and revamp product development programs within the company. Additionally, he managed marketing efforts and major revisions of websites across Far Bank including new social media programs.

As General Manager of Redington, Visnack will focus on growth for both hard-goods and soft-goods categories. He will continue to drive growth with Redington’s award-winning wader designs and expand the apparel collection, reaching new consumers through the outdoor channel. Redington’s product line and brand ethos is designed to make fly-fishing a natural part of the outdoor lifestyle.

“Visnack’s valued experience in product development and marketing in the outdoor channel make him a natural fit for this position,” comments Far Bank CEO and President, Travis Campbell. “Far Bank created this position because we believe Redington has tremendous growth potential and can serve as an on-ramp to the fly-fishing lifestyle.”

“More than any brand in the space, Redington is poised to inspire and enable the next generation of fly fisherman,” notes Visnack. “Our performance and value proposition, all-in-one hard goods packages, and cross-over style are a winning combination to grow the sport.”

  1. Congratulations David,
All of us here at the Kayak Fishing ClassicS tournament series are pleased to hear the great news. We know you will continue to do a great job and look forward to the continued growth of Redington. We have found that not only is the Redington brand a good ‘on ramp’ to fly fishin, it is a quality brand for experienced saltwater fly anglers.
    Good Luck & Good Fishing,
    Capt. Pat
