From The FlyBook:

Later this month, at the International Fly Tackle Dealer (IFTD) show in Reno, NV, The FLYBOOK, a business and reservations management software for guides and outfitters, will unveil FLYBOOK 2.0. The forthcoming software release is a complete overhaulthat is more simple and easy to use and also includes new capabilities. “The quality of this new platform provides outdoor based businesses with the ability to utilize technology in an era where mobile and cloud computing is the norm ,” said Craig Langer, CEO and Owner. “and at the same time, still fulfill the unique needs of an industry that requires something more personal and custom than a one size fits all approach.”

The company hired creative engineers to build a new system from the ground up based on cutting edge technology. The improvements come as a result of more than 5 years of experience and feedback from the FLYBOOK’s existing user base of nearly 300 outfitters. In addition to overall intuitive improvements in the user interface, some notable new features users can expect:

· Mobile: People can book trips and access information easily whether they are on a computer, tablet or phone.
· Lodging: 2.0 can handle lodging of all configurations, from owner-operated to bed and breakfast to 3rd party partnering relationships.
· Mass Marketing Emails: Leverage the customer database and contact information to manage regular marketing emails to outfitters user base.
· E-Commerce: a plug-and-play ecommerce system to sell products online.

The company will reveal the software in booth #779, August 16-18 at IFTD.

  1. Hey this is kinda of off topic but I was wondering if
blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.
I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
