The Fly Stop’s San Diego, CA location is looking to hire an experienced Fly Shop manager to handle our retail operations in CA, as well as manage online duties as well. Experience in the fly-fishing industry is mandatory, and management experience is a plus. Online/digital experience is also desired. Duties will include online management, store management, employee scheduling/training, ordering on all levels for both the online and retail store, delegation of duties to other employees, and many other daily operational procedures.
