THANK YOU FOR NOT FISHING/GUIDING IN HOT WATER

0

With record heat stressing rivers and fish throughout the West especially (but also some places Midwest and East) we’re hearing many reports of people revising plans—switching river trips to lakes… shifting hours to fish early or late… heading into the backcountry… changing up on species like pike or bass instead of trout, and so on. It’s tough, but it’s the right thing to do to ensure there will be fishing in a couple months and beyond. With so many people on the water, and temperatures so hot, that’s a double-whammy that could absolutely crush main-stem fisheries if we don’t fish responsibly and with consideration of others. Thank you to those of you who are doing so.
