The R.L. Winston Rod Company and Bauer Fly Reels, located in Twin Bridges, Montana, are pleased to announce two key additions to their sales team. Jay Beebe joins as Sales Manager, while Tyson Webb takes on the role of Northern Rockies Sales Representative, covering Montana and Idaho.

With Winston asap availability at 95% and our repair turnaround time now less than 40 days on average, the addition of both Jay and Ty will only continue to add to our incredible momentum.”
With over a decade of industry experience from brands such as Far Bank Enterprises and most recently Shimano (G-Loomis), Jay Beebe brings the insight needed to assist Winston and Bauer’s momentum as Winston and Bauer continues to evolve the brand into new markets.
Before transitioning to the manufacturing side in the fly-fishing industry, he worked as a guide in Northern California while attending the University of Nevada.

Ty Webb learned to fly fish in the cedar swamps of northern Michigan and on the legendary waters of the Au Sable River, where he developed a deep passion for the sport early on. He began his fly fishing career at Bob Marriott’s Fly Fishing Store and soon moved into guiding, laying the foundation for what’s become a decade-long career in the industry.
Previous Northern Rockies Representative, Eric Neufeld of Raging River Sales, has downsized his territory and continues to represent Winston and Bauer in the Northwest region, including Alaska, Washington, and Oregon.
“I’ve spent over 20 years in the fly fishing industry, and the Northern Rockies have been home for most of it,” said Webb. “Repping fly rods with this much history and soul, like Winston rods and Bauer reels, is something I’m truly fired up about. They’re built right here in Montana by people who live and breathe fly fishing, and it shows every time you put them in a customer’s hands.”
