We are looking for passionate and skilled cooks to join our team here at Teton Valley Lodge from May 1, 2023 until November 1, 2023. As staff at our lodge, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals for our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team to create a menu that showcases fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and reflects the unique flavors and culinary traditions of our region.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
Knowledge of culinary techniques and principles
• Experience in menu planning and ordering
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
