Job Description
Successfully guide clients onto large Northern Pike. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Cook breakfast and prepare sack lunches. Help in the maintenance of the Patriot and the fishing skiffs.
Responsibilities
Locate, land, photograph and safely release Northern Pike. Educate clients on local surroundings and fishing habitat with personality. Safely navigate a fishing skiff daily on a large river system. Cook and clean up breakfast and lunch. Help maintain mother ship and fishing skiffs. Manage fuel and other outboard engine fluids. Cleaning all boat areas every day and a full overhaul cleaning areas on change over day.
Qualifications
Must have previous Northern Pike or Musky fishing experience. Have knowledge of outboard motors and maintenance. Have cooking skills. Must have a strong work ethic. Must be able to work long hours in inclement weather for long periods. Must be able to live in close quarters. Must be able to handle not having much communication with telephone and will have no internet. Must be able to have a bright outlook on life in the worst circumstances. Must have some first aide and outdoor survival experience. Must be proficient fisherman. Must be able to listen and take direction. Must be able to work with a sense of urgency and get a job done. Must be a self starter. Must be clean. OUPV or six pack Coast Guard license recommended. Must have basic outboard mechanical knowledge.
