We are seeking an experienced Dealer Service Brand Manager – Ross and Abel, to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our dealers receive unwavering support and resources to excel in delivering top-tier service to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the dealer service environment, and a passion for driving improvement.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Oversee and manage all dealer service operations, ensuring consistent service quality and dealer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement service strategies to enhance dealer performance and service delivery.
• Act as a primary point of contact for dealers, promptly addressing inquiries, issues, and service-related concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to facilitate open communication and collaboration.
• Analyze service metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train, mentor, and support service team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align service objectives with overall company goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive service offerings.

**Qualifications:**
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field is a plus
• Experience with ERP software, such as NetSuite
• Leadership skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Google platform
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
• Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines
