Katmai Lodge, a premier fishing lodge for over 40 years, is located on the Alagnak River in the Bristol Bay Drainage of Southwest Alaska. We are currently taking applications for the 2024 season for experienced fishing guides. Must have, or able to obtain by June 2024, a current USCG captain’s license with at least a 6-pack for Alaska inland waters. Current CPR and Drug test obtained within 4 months of start of employment are also required. Must be experienced with both gear and fly fishing techniques for trout and salmon. Guides operate a 19 ft prop or jet boat on the river with their guests. Excellent boating skills in small water is a must.
