From Fulling Mill: We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Taylor as our latest official sales agent, covering all trade accounts across Norway, Sweden & Denmark. Mark has been instructing, guiding and running lodges professionally for since 1998. Born and raised in South Africa he cut his teeth on his ‘home’ waters for trout and their local yellowfish, while working in Dullstroom, South Africa with Mavungana Flyfishing. In 2000 he travelled to work in the UK, with Farlows of Pall Mall, and it was then the lust of guiding internationally struck. Guiding and lodge management at Osen Gardin Norway for Atlantic Salmon, and then off to Argentina and the Rio Gallegos’ sea run browns.
In between, there was plenty to keep him busy, from toothy Tigerösh in Africa to the Peacock Bass of the Amazon. Seychelles, Mexico, the outer Andaman Islands, and now a thriving flyfishing travel company based in Norway. Norway is now home, and between his travel business and running Osen Gard, Mark represents some worldclass flyfishing brands, the latest of which is Fulling Mill for his region Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
