He started full-time guiding in 2006, and also taught myself about effective photography and filming techniques. (Jako’s film and photography work can be seen at http://cptjackfilms.com/wp/). He is an accomplished angler offering a guide resume that includes four years in Mongolia, five in Norway, ten in various locales in the Indian Ocean including Astove and Providence, and several other locations. He’s fished across the globe and has won numerous awards for his filmmaking through Captain Jack Films.
