LurePartsOnline.com is pleased to announce the acquisition of Angler’s Workshop of Woodland, WA. LurePartsOnline.com will be relocating the new company to its headquarters in Springfield, IL, where Angler’s Workshop will reopen by early summer.

Angler’s Workshop is a family owned and operated operation. Established in 1980 by Jim & Linda Britt, the business has since grown to be one of America’s top rod building and fly tying supply shops. The mail order and retail store carries the world’s largest selection of rod building components in addition to a full line of fly tying materials.

Ron Stevens, CEO of LurePartsOnline.com, believes that “the addition of rod building supplies and fly tying materials is a natural extension of our current lure building components business. LurePartsOnline.com customers will be pleased to find Angler’s Workshop products added to the catalog. Our goal is to become a one-stop-shop for all tackle building enthusiasts.”

Angler’s Workshop manager, Jon Britt, adds that “this is exciting news for our customers as well. The new ownership is committed to expanding the business by adding new products and features while maintaining the personal service Angler’s Workshop is known for. This is a win-win situation for all involved.”

LurePartsOnline.com is the sister company of Cast Industries, a lure manufacturing facility. Having the capability to design and manufacture products on site will further enhance the retail business.
