Stay tuned to the next issue of TROUT magazine, the national publication of Trout Unlimited, for the first-ever listing of “America’s Most Trout and Salmon Friendly Companies.” There are many, many dedicated and proactive players in the fly business and beyond that support efforts that help coldwater resources. (Granted, there are also a number of companies that draw a living off of fishing but don’t do jack in that regard). This list will focus on manufacturers (dealers will be a topic down the road).
