This session will be a deep dive into managing inventory and costs through better assortment and product lifecycle planning. We will look at the end-to-end process of planning what products to carry, how much to bring, and how to make the decision to carry over to the next season or get out of it sooner. We will also look into some tools to plan and calculate using reliable metrics.
