Job Requirements: Extensive fly fishing knowledge and experience; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; retail experience with strong selling skill set and merchandising skills; understanding and experience in marketing processes and website functions; strong background in PC or Mac use and applications; 1-3 years of fly fishing industry experience.
Job Description: The marketing and retail assistant manager works with the Vice President in support, development and execution of the WorldCast Anglers marketing functions and practices, retail fly shop operations and overall team and company procedures. This is a seasonal position (5 to 6 months per year) with the potential growth opportunity to develop into full time employment.
